    If you apply for a loan with the NEIF, we provide you with a detailed quote explaining all related costs and the total price for your heat pump installation before you apply. To get an EnergyMaine loan, they need to know how much you require. 


    If you apply for a Synchrony credit card, choose the card that meets your needs and select your preferred options - defer interest, defer payment, equal payments, etc. What you are eligible for is based on your income and financial health.


    We can help you navigate all the options and eligibility requirements and make recommendations based on your unique situation.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIND OUT IF I'M APPROVED?

    Synchrony and EnergyMaine offer instant approval.

  • WHAT IS THE REGULAR INTEREST RATE ON SYNCHRONY CREDIT CARDS?

    After any promotions that allow you up to 12 months to pay off your balance without interest, the interest rate is 29.99%.

    Fixed interest rates for an EnergyPlus Maine heat pump loan range from 9.99% to 15.99% APR. They offer 3, 5, and 10-year terms to make monthly payments affordable.

  • WILL ENERGYPLUS MAINE PUT A LIEN ON MY HOUSE TO SECURE THE LOAN?

    No. NEIF loans are unsecured, as are the Synchrony credit cards.
