MITSUBISHI

Experience exceptional heating and cooling comfort with Mitsubishi heat pumps.

Why Choose MITSUBISHI Electric Heat Pumps

Mitsubishi heat pumps allow you to experience responsive and customizable comfort at your fingertips in a single room or your entire home or business. They help us achieve Maine's emission-reduction goals, reduce your carbon footprint, and offer 40% greater energy efficiency than traditional oil burning heating and cooling.

A single outdoor unit can connect to up to eight indoor units, enabling you to have a complete control over your energy consumption and comfort.

If you have an existing HVAC system, there are cost-effective ducted heat pump alternatives that make the switch from fossil fuel heating and cooling to energy efficient and eco-friendly heat pumps easy and affordable. No need to install a compressor unit or split units in every room, these heat pump units simply replace your existing HVAC unit.

Ductless Or Ducted: Which Is Best?

Ductless heat pumps provide superior energy efficiency to ducted systems because heat and cooling loss is dramatically reduced and you can control the temperature of individual rooms and spaces.

While they cost more to install initially than replacing your existing HVAC system with a heat pump, the comfort achieved, expense, and energy consumption savings pays off in dividends.

Ducted heat pumps utilize your existing HVAC system to disperse hot and cold air throughout your home or business. If you have existing ductwork for your furnace and central A/C, ducted heat pumps offer a budget-friendly way to transition to greener, cleaner energy sources. There are no exterior or interior units to install other than the unit that replaces your existing furnace which saves you money.

However, ducted heat pump systems do not provide the level of energy efficiency you gain from a ductless system due to the loss of hot and cold air through the ventilation system and the inability to control the climate of individual spaces.
